Railway RRB Group D Eligibility Criteria

For Various Positions in Level 1 (Group D) 

  • Class 10th / Matric (High School) from Any Recognized Board in India

Physical Eligibility

  • For Male Candidates: Candidates Should be Lift and Carry 35kg Weight for a Distance of 100 Meters in 2 Minutes and 1000 Meter Running in 04 Minutes 15 Sec.
  • For Female Candidates: Should be Lift and Carry 20kg Weight for a Distance of 100 Meters in 2 Minutes and 1000 Meter Running in 05 Minutes 40 Sec.

Railway RRB Group D Exam Duration

As per the RRB group D pattern, the examination will be held in the Computer-based test ( CBT) mode. The paper will be held for a composite duration of 90 minutes. All the Questions asked in the exam will be compulsory and the candidate has to attempt all questions will be 1 mark.

The Railway RRB Group D Exam follows a specific marking scheme, which typically includes the following:

Total Marks:

  • The exam consists of 100 questions, each carrying 1 mark.
  • Therefore, the total marks for the exam are 100.

Marking:

  • Each correct answer is awarded 1 mark.
  • There is a negative mark of 1/3 mark for every wrong answer (i.e., for each incorrect answer, you lose 1/3 of a mark).
  • No marks are deducted for unattempt questions.
